Hello Bigger Pockets, I am excited to join and start connecting with other multifamily investors. I am the Director of Real Estate for a multifamily developer in Houston, TX that specializes in boutique walk up 100 units or less.  I am responsible for sourcing and analyzing value add multifamily deals in urban in-fill submarkets of Houston, TX. We've successfully acquired over $128M of MF real estate since 2015 and are looking to double our portfolio over the next couple of years.
