Every time I research to find a new passive income stream I end up reading about starting a blog or youtube channel with advertisements, selling a course or a book and affiliate marketing websites, its like a broken record and I can't get excited about any of them. 

I am not affiliated to either of those companies but they seem to have better info than what you can find on BP.

We both have full time jobs also.My question is, I noticed Kansas requires you to be affiliated with a broker to be licensed.

I figured as such that when the time came to present the purchase contract I would have to disclose the buyers affiliation to the seller because I don't want to violate any disclosure rules.

That also goes for Signatures and anyone using affiliate links in their posts or sigs.As for moderation requests, let us know about duplicate posts, and other problems with our threads.Thanks everyone!

It is ok to recommend someone if you are not affiliated with that company. 

We use Rentec-Direct to both collect our rent and to affiliate market through Zillow.
