First things first, My name is Bryan Coughlin I am 23 years old and I literally spend each and every day obtaining as much knowledge and experience as I possibly can in all things related to Real Estate.

Although I've had this house for a long time, I feel I'm a newbie in the Landlord business, so I'm looking to learn all I can in the coming months.I would be interested in talking with other individuals in this area who have more experience in investing in the Bay Area and for that matter anyone who knows how to purchase foreclosed properties.
