Hello from San Francisco!

Hello Everyone,

My name is James!  I'm new to BP and a few months ago started listening to real estate investing podcasts when I found out about BP.

I currently own one single family home that I've rented for over 20 years and I'm looking forward to learning how to invest in more buy and hold properties in the future.  Although I've had this house for a long time, I feel I'm a newbie in the Landlord business, so I'm looking to learn all I can in the coming months.

I would be interested in talking with other individuals in this area who have more experience in investing in the Bay Area and for that matter anyone who knows how to purchase foreclosed properties.  This is one of the topics I'm looking forward to learning.

Thanks!!
