Is there any way to monitor washer usage besides separate metering?

And a cheap “upgrade” was simply supplying washers and dryers to each unit.

We have all stainless steel appliances and could consider leaving the washer and dryer but we might want to ship it back.

Should I provide a washer and dryer, or have tenants utilize the laundromat?

Hi Ken..I agree with you everyone is putting great effort into the project...but you mentioned the GC was Her to g weekly or biweekly payouts so that's why I focused on that..

The only downside is they include washers and dryers and we don’t.

Once she lost the court case she appealed and said the house was her primary residence (moved a family member in one of the houses put a mailbox with a lock on it).

She let me know that the washer standpipe was overflowing some when she did wash.
