They do take 10% fee and the 3% processing fees are now handled by Stripe.

Nothing would make me happier then to see prices in big cities go down, after striping so much from the rest of the country.  

All NNN leases and predictable CAM except this past year we had to reseal and stripe the parking lot for the first time.
