A lot of my stresses and gripes have been cleared.

Pre 2023 clients were overextended, stressed, and did not want to invest back into the house as they were busy living off the cashflow.Also as a broker, the same is true for my current buyers. 

Taking a break from real estate for a while - it's been a stressful 2 years.

Today the real need is quality lead lists of actual motivated, stressed sellers!!!!!!!   

OOS investing is definitely not as easy as it looks - it's not click on the Zillow button like you're buying index funds (it may have been in 2008 to 2021 but not in 2023 going forward).  

Its not easy to be in that position and can be very stressful.

They should stress test all of the above.  

What should have been a relaxing vacation for a wedding turned into a very stressful and expensive week resulting in half our party needing other accommodations."

I definitely would love to hold onto them, but with the stress of school, I would rather not have to worry about the overhead of the properties while having no income.

If I am going to hold it for a long time, then probably get a new roof.Rent: the rent process was more stressful than I thought.
