If children can sell over priced lemonade and little "what nots" then age shouldn't be something you pay much attention to.

Crime tends to be less as well.There are some areas in Fulton that are nice but they are not at 30k to 40k a door in price and low rents.Is this building in a very nice area and someone owned it forever and kept rents low or is this just another property surrounded in a mediocre area wheres someone bought recently and trying to resale a lemon and make lemonade?

I would say he is going for a "lemons to lemonade" but since he is careful to show his children toting around boxes and looking confused I believe he is again playing the victim.
