I would like to offer the actual selling agent a $1000 selling bonus if sold in 30 days and closes to stimulant a fast sale.

Getting a sale stimulates them to repeat the process over and over and thereby making you and them money.Making a hundred calls and not closing a deal starts to drain on you and then you start to dread the calls and the job!

Not to mention making more in a couple of deals than most people  make in half a year.True there are many variables, but that is what keeps it exciting and yes, mentally stimulating.
