A selling agent bonus

I am listing a flip house tomorrow with a real estate agent specializing in investor transactions. We have been dealing with her on a few deals. I do understand that she most likely will not be the selling agent, but she has been helping find more deals. I would like to offer the actual selling agent a $1000 selling bonus if sold in 30 days and closes to stimulant a fast sale. Any suggestions? Thanks.
