What Celina is doing is called spamming a forum.

I have seen a few posts in which people are spamming the boards or they are breaking the forum rules.

Real estate will still be there when you get to it.Personally, I think starting in 2016 will be a great time for cash buyers, you could put yourself into a position to do very, very well with minimal effort and essentially no tangible risk.Sell the crap out of those diet pills and pile up the cash, just don't spam my mailbox while you do it. ;-)

If I were on you buyers list and you sent me a Freddie property that had already been listed on MLS then you'd be added to my spam list like so many other "wholesalers" who can't bring me real deals.

If you just start adding names without an opt-in, MC will quickly shut you down if even a small percentage of list recipients complain about spam.

There's a name for that - spamming.

Its likely these folks were posting ads in discussion forums or sending spam PM's to members offering properties or services. 

Try not to spam post the same thing because you end up getting 2 small threads with less information.
