In January of 2015 I came to Colorado to visit my sister for the weekend and by February of that same year I decided to do the most spontaneous thing I've ever done and quit my job, say bye to my family, and drive out here to the beautiful Colorado, starting over.

no I don't think it was the only thing but it did not help .. it forced banks to make loans in areas that were finanacially unstable to begin with.. ergo guess were all our BP brothers are sisters are buying rental homes  ..

His sister called me and informed me that they changed their mind on paying that she was putting her brother in a home & we could have the house. 

At that point, any collected rent will be then be going to me and. my two sisters, so why would he in essence, pay rent to himself?

In full disclosure, after shopping several places I reached out to a sister division for a company I work for.

I bought it through her sister, hoping it would win me brownie points.That being said, I don't have any major complaints about her or her company.

She Is not bribing me by the way, she saw my ad online before I took it down and asked my sister as soon as she got her settlement.

I discussed with my sister house hacking and other investment ideas and we looked at duplexes and houses with apts..My sister and her husband have decided to build a home and put an apt int the basement for our parents to live.
