I can see what you mean by updating the brick fireplace, but I actually think it's pretty cool, especially with the gray shelves next to it (good color choice!) 

And now I'm thinking of keeping the mirrors (After resizing it) and changing the vanity shelves and mirror frames.

Sometimes FSBO can work in very hot markets where stuff flies off the shelves days in the market.

My lease specifically forbids hanging curtain rods, shelves, TV mounts, and other large items to walls because it's often done wrong and causes too much damage.

Fast forward a couple more months - we cleared out the house, all new appliances, interior paint, painted kitchen cabinets and tore some out while adding open, floating shelves, new landscaping - all new sod in the backyard and continuing to update the house through the weeks. 

Categories that were already in decline like department stores may not recover.E-commerce is picking up the slack for some retail where store shelves are stripped due to hoarding, and is fulfilling a necessity for shipping goods to people who cannot leave their homes.
