I have been eyeing a few brokerages around that general location and was wondering if anyone familiar with the area had any recommendations regarding which brokerage to pick, as there are quite a few to choose from.

And a couple houses from random lines of credit from banks.

Do I at least seem to be picking reasonable properties?

I've used the rental calculator enough now where I think I can find a few 2-4 unit properties that can cash flow at least $100 a unit even with zero down, though the pickings be slim at any given time.
