I work in 2 very different areas, one being a metropolitan area consisting of 215K people, and a vacation region called the Pocono Mountains which is very seasonal, however it consists of some amazing STR opportunities.

I’m eager to learn from people who have been through it already and are open to sharing their knowledge.

A mass shooting occurred tonight on the street next to the street where the property is located, leaving nine people shot and one dead.

There is demand for it and demand in this area for affordable housing, in a tourist area where plenty of people have vacant, second/third homes for seasonal fishing and hunting.

Can I walk into offices and leave a flyer for everyone in the office to read and set up zoom meetings with those people to go over the details further? 

Sometimes you need to follow up with a decision maker for years before they are ready to sell.Are you okay cold calling people?

Later on, I started voting on people that took the time to answer my post or question if I liked their answer.

You’ll notice the people who do this started threats that “go viral”.  

I did a ton 10 years ago when lots of people had little equity.
