It is not likely that this is some mistake.  99.9999% that you loose here, not to be a jerk but rather to be really clear.The ideas presented back in the thread about possible statue of limitations do not stand.

A lot of lawyers look for condos approaching their statue of limitations just to drum up business.My boss says when the apartment model stops working because of land basis and everyone starts building condos we are reaching the end of a boom cycleIt is hard to advise on any code related issues but doing lofts with their own individual entries makes them more desirable to a lot of people but may not work in deep building footprints.

The property is located in Northfield, MA - 2,900 square feet, 4/5 beds, 2 baths, 1.34 acres - quartz counters, marble backsplash, stainless appliances, bamboo floors, 2 decks, whitewash shiplap and completely furnished/staged (I am also a realtor and home stager) - very high end look.

Freezing pipes etc and assess the situation.If they moved out, post a notice and atore their stuff for 30 days.Check local statues of course first.
