Simple Bathroom upgrade ideas.

What are some basic bathroom upgrade ideas for a flip - minimal changes for great look - 

i list some below - pls feel to add any advice. Thank you.

- Paint 

- Repair - plumbing

Who does the below 4 items?

- Change vanities, mirrors,

- Change light fixtures

- Change seats

- Change Shower system

If needed - change

- Treat tub - how to do this?? ive seen tbs going from wreck to new in pics.

- wall tiles

- floor tiles

Something I've often done in small bathrooms for a flip, when I was also redoing the floor:

I build a false wall in front of the tub with 2'x4' sideways, so after I nail on tileboard, I'll have a 2" lip or so. Then I hang marble tiles on the lip, in front of the tub and continue on the floor. Usually white, with gray veins. 

It makes the bathroom look bigger, because the pattern of the floor continues up the bathtub. And it makes the tub look more luxurious, because marble looks nice. And for a small space it's not so expensive to buy.
