I've created bullet points, changed wording often, rearranged pictures periodically, adjusted prices (super low for my area).

The other thing I often see is that over time, different homeowners/contractors have decided to DYI adjustments to their home aka took out walls, didn't shore things up properly, put in new doors, etc.My point is that what you are seeing is not abnormal for older homes.

All you need to do is apply the 3 pillars of a conversion correctly and drive traffic to your website manually, and within 2 weeks, you could close deals—absolutely.

The borrowers pay significantly less for those appraisals; they usually lack vital information, tend to be performed to much more “lax” standards, and often lack good decision making as to comps, capitalization rates, and adjustments of value between the subject property and the comps.

It comes out that they made adjustments on October 4th, to a few proeprty ledgers  18 months prior (april 2023).Also they  are trying to claim their 10% fee from the security deposits they are holding for me.They’re now claiming I owe them money that wasn’t owed, it’s only showing as owed beciase of the ledger adjustment referred to earlier.This reeks of fraud to me.

We do our best to track actual traffic from differenet websites and there's really a Big 5:ZillowTruliaHotpadsApartmentsZumperCraigslist does its best to avoid working with syndications and was surpassed by Zillow years ago - so, no longer worth the effort of manually adding.Facebook Marketplace doesn't like property managers and will ban you if you post too many properties.
