I'm fond of Irving, Grand Prairie, Arlington and quite a few other areas.

But if its humming right along and has no operational issues then your probably going to pay much more.  

Was gonna be 5 grand to excavate and fix, but luckily we were able to put in a laundry pump and bypass the underground piping for a lot less money.

I will need to put 4-8 grand into it.

That could be expensive , if you are tying in to natural gas at the street , 5 grand and up . more if they have to cross the road . 

In the grand scheme of things is my mortgage payment really going to matter?

And despite high inflation and the necessary reaction of high rates (even though it was the government that caused the inflation in the first place) the economy is humming, stock market up, home prices for homeowners have contributed immensely to their net worth, technology is doing amazing things and providing ample opportunity for those born into less fortunate situations to escape and succeed.

My question is, if I can read most of the information given at sessions, and network with people in my region, or social media, what is the benefit of taking 3-4 days off work and spending a couple grand (entrance, flight, food, lodging)?
