It may not even be your tenants, probably someone's BF/GF using your house as the drop off/pick up so they don't get caught and aren't tied to your place.. .. but at the end of the day, it's that tenant who's causing the disruption. ..

The original roommate has caused much disruption here, between her alcoholism and related violent outbursts, to her drug use and threats, including calling the local police multiple times for a variety ridiculous things, all of which is documented, and more than once was told by the police she was becoming a habitual caller and a nuisance, then threatened with arrest.

However, SECTION 409 DISHWASHING MACHINES, of the Texas plumbing code states Air Gaps are required and need to be inspected annually.The concern is waste backing up into the water supply if the water pressure dropped during water supply disruptions.

It would be like leasing a car today and having the dealership tell over the next 12 months these are the 9 recalls they will be taking care of for you so expect to have to coordinate everything and deal with all of the disruptions.

I agree that the (same' ole) traditional approaches will reap the same results, so I'm hoping to 'disrupt' the industry's apple cart a bit here by making more intelligent inroads by targeting more 'desirable' clientele, so if by chance this sounds intriguing to anyone potentially interested in investing in a scaleable (online based) alternative to 'business as usual...'
