I agree that the (same' ole) traditional approaches will reap the same results, so I'm hoping to 'disrupt' the industry's apple cart a bit here by making more intelligent inroads by targeting more 'desirable' clientele, so if by chance this sounds intriguing to anyone potentially interested in investing in a scaleable (online based) alternative to 'business as usual...'

Flips always cost more and take longer than you think they will.Be conservative with your numbers, enlist a contractor to help with rehab estimates, and have multiple exit strategies in mind, in case Murphy disrupts your master plan.Good luck and hope this helps.Ed

I've created that type of comfort with my tenants and if I have someone who's disruptive or an issue, I will hear about it from all or most of them.
