how much cash for a flip

hey everyone, putting in offers to get my first house under contract for a Fix and Flip, and I'm wondering how much cash for a deal I would need? I have credit cards for $100,000 at 0% and I can pull cash off of them for 3% and 0% APR. I'm also using a HM lender for the majority of it. just not sure what I need to pay cash for and what I can put on the credit card to pay off after that property sells, thanks.
