I was just sitting here thinking we got too many democrats in this city, then i come across this thread. go figure.

CT is a democratic state, which is tenant friendly and this pandemic is a prime example of that, but you can still make money.

Only half the country believes him if he is republican, and the other half only if he is a democrat.  

A free-market democratic solution is someone developing a certification standard, and membership, by which investors can come to rely upon as a hallmark of quality in an agent and can simply look up in an open database of those accredited agents, and an accreditation agency that polices a standard to keep quality what need be.

I'm not a slum lord, but If I made my houses "up to code" it would cost me thousands of dollars that I would never recuperate.This is not an open, or even democratic, process.

Why does everything have to be about democrats vs republicans? 

I considered myself a democrat but I have been voting all republicans just to even things out lately. 

That would be a great step towards a more democratized use of digital signatures.Ideally, if State would issue ID or Drivers' License with an embedded chip, it could be used as an electronic token also.
