It was a great crash course on the basics of a RAL business from location, staffing, patient selection, and branding.

My coach suggested (and I implemented) a "must do tracker"....it's a color coded spreadsheet (I like to print multiple copies and keep them on a clipboard to stay in my sight/top of mind). 

I think there is enough information online that another course isn't going to move the needle on getting involved with a MF property or not.

Looking at 50% LTV currently.If your borrowing is TRULY at 50% LTV, a little creativity on your part should uncover potential lenders.  

Certainly nothing ground-breaking in terms of ideas here, however I'll be very hands on (and on site) during the process to make sure that every step of the way is executed to a high standard and very carefully.Once I've hopefully developed a successful track record and gained experience, my next goal would be to move on to commercial assets (think multi-family, industrial etc) so that I can leverage my existing investor network and real estate knowledge to raise 3rd party equity and take on bigger projects.

I am currently working/studying on getting my RE license online.

I am looking to connect with the investors there as the promotors are continuing to take Asset Management fees to the tune of $450K a year (on top of PM fees) even when their payout to the investors is around $20K a quarter (not meeting preferred) and the overall fund is negative about $450K.

Period.The worst, absolute worst, ROOKIE MOVE is to grab something online and end up screwing themselves royally when the loan goes south.....Can't emphasize enough!!
