I used it for a few months and switched to Pricelabs because of the greater flexibility/customizability.

Zoho is also a common option and free (I think) although I find Podio to be a bit simpler and more customizable.

In other words - nail it, then scale it.That said, once you’re ready to invest in a CRM & Marketing solution, I’d recommend Podio.I haven’t found another platform that offers the level of flexibility and customizability as Podio.

As for any scalable business, having a customizable, team-friendly customer relationship management system to track our business in a variety of different ways is essential.
