I don't live in that area, but I frequently attend the State Fair of Texas and other events in the area...including the annual Texas/OU football game at the Cotton Bowl Stadium.Dallas voters recently passed a new bond to invest additional moneys into the Fair Park to continue to have it serve as an attraction for in-town and out of town visitors.  

And absolutely the Egyptian Wool linens are going in there! 

If not, you will continue to have problems. 80/20 cotton blend and they aren't cheap but they last.

Are you hoping to pull the wool over someone's eyes?

Lowes sells the Pella brand -- I feel they're not as well made.I pay about $170 per replacement window and I can remove an old double-hung window, remove the weights, insulate the weight cavity with rock wool or fiberglass insulation, and put in the window in about 2 hours each.

Keeping the outside condenser unit clean is also something I prefer to do especially when the coils get coated with dust, cotton wood & sooty mold from old trees. 

Even my dyed-in-the-wool blackberry loving boss eventually gave up and when to iPhone.

We just purchased Walmart's high-end cotton sheets.

When his tenants trash the place, a bit of steel wool, and he is back in business.
