Multifamily in Greater Boston

Steve B.
Posted

Hi Everyone,

I have a multifamily (3 units)  in the Greater Boston and am wondering if there are ways to set up a "creative exit" to allow an elderly relative to remain on one of the units a bit below market value.  I've got a really good interest rate on the note and tenants that pay on-time.

I might be premature in sharing this, but just putting some feelers out there.

Thanks.
