Mine was a special section which anyone can nominate anyone, but the responses to such nomination could only be viewed by the "acceptance committee" so that there would be no ability to trash someone by anyone viewable to the open forum.Only viewable content would be the nomination and any comments needed by that committee and their acceptance or rejectance (if that is a word).

Anyways, the housing plan that was approved by this same committee clearly shows a set of heavy CLOSED wrought iron gates on the front of the tunnel - such that NO ONE can drive through it, you can only go through to the gate and then park.

However, we do realize that there needs to be a minimal set of criteria to begin with, so we are addressing: Trash cans being out of sight during the week (and we need to address having them put away by say 9:00 p.m. as suggested), landscaping, what types of projects require Architectural Committee approvals (permitted projects only or assembled items versus constructed items), screen doors, fines (penalties for non-compliance) etc...This forum is giving me some great advise, keep it up folks, and as always, thanks in advance.
