Due to the pursuit of family stability, with a growing child and a desire to build connections in the neighborhood, we will be moving to Georgia in the beginning of March.I am excited about continuing my real estate career in Georgia, not only as an agent but also as an investor.

Not sure if it is true, but someone said they wrote up a lease with their adult child to rent their house.

However, having just had our second child, time is at a premium. 

All told each group has their own pro's and cons that I don't think anyone stands out as a "best" option based purely on marital and child status.  

We've just had our second child and would like to begin transitioning back to traditional family roles and re-diversify our income sources.

I am planning to buy and hold for 10 years and sell it for my child education and my retirement.Or if I hav the finance increase the value by building a mini commercial complex like McDonald,postal service,petrol station,etc,The location is a issue now.Either I should buy in urban or rural area.If you need any other additional info please let me know.Tonnes of appreciation

I will be taking a little pause (about 3 months off) around Christmas or New Years for the birth of my first child and for some stuff I need to do professionally, but I plan on getting back at it next summer and having those 2 units completely up and running by the beginning of May 2018.  

Spoke to tenant and was told Sept rent should be coming, there was loss of child support, and rent payments will be back on track for Oct 1st.    

My wife and I are expecting our first child in February and would love to have some cash flow outside of our daily jobs.

I'm 25 years old, married with a child on the way.
