When considering a flip property, is a former meth lab an obvious red flag that should never even be considered?

Labs and Golden Retrievers are great pets but "large".

It's been a very profitable relationship for quite a number of years, yet it was a chance meeting years ago & we all clicked over breakfast.Its all chemistry & yours is like the proverbial oil/water scenario with some toxicity thrown in.

A specific degree like in accounting, chemistry or engineering or a gateway degree to a professional graduate program such as physical therapy has value.

For example, some owners will only accept a single dog under 20 pounds while others are OK with three black labs.

And I require vet records stating the breed to avoid the “lab mix” lie.
