There you can build up your skills even further and these jobs can pay a lot if you are producing great results.  

Some condo buildings with different zoning you can find 1 week minimums and only 1 building I found has a 1 night minimum.

Would you suggest subdividing the property, building a single house, or building multiple cottages/ tiny homes?

You might need to build that skillset to show those family/friends you are able to do it.
