The book is a primer which will prepare you for any discussions you might have with a lawyer.

A 200 page book is going to provide a more complete picture than individual questions on a forum.Once you have the basics then get another book that teaches people how to invest in RE.

But what I can say is that this is the only book I have ever read in just a few sittings.
