Hello from New Hampshire

Pretty stoked to see the boards here...am interested mostly in rentals and passive income properties, though foreclosures & flips also interest me. Have interest in properties throughout New Hampshire.

Have bought and did light rehab on one house that my wife and I lived in, then sold, and did decent, am now finishing up a house (while living in) that we have been building ourselves for a while. So far, investments have been limited to the properties that we have occupied.
