Most banks I talked to like BOA, PNC, they won't cash out refi a investment property.

Hey all, I'm following a home that is being auctioned off by BOA.  

I asked about the bank paying the taxes, and he stated that basically, the owner does not pay the taxes, but the bank pays the taxes so the property does not become delinquent (That state tax lien trumps 1st mortgage), and then the owner pays BoA on the back end for the taxes, which makes the owner impossible to locate.

even though I am in Honolulu  most of the year and Honolulu does not have BoA branches I can access my money online. 

A 70/20/10 is with the seller providing seller financing of 20%, they carry back equity from the sale.I disagree that an HML is quicker, I agree if your bank is BoA or Citi Corp, but a local bank may be just as quick, especially after you build a relationship.

Get a real appraisal, it's a short sale.Since when did BoA start being in the real estate rental business?

I know people bash online sites, but I used Zillow and BOA and compared the recent sold comps.

BOA won't let you do it.

Well just to clear things up and keep me out of an illegal foreclosure I western Union $3190 (per the BOA custumer service to cover the 4 plus the now current payment) then 2 weeks later I get a refund by way of wesern union and a letter saying payment denied!!!
