A few wholesalers come to the monthly meetups, one of which is tonight at the Den Bicycle Cafe at 6:30 pm.

I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle.

I have it secured in the basement of my home until we are finished and I take a load to the scrap yard.My son gets to claim and redeem the scrap metal we pull from the properties - it's a tradition that goes back to my youth when the ones in the family too young to work in the family business (fishing) got the scrap metal ... my baby sister once lucked out when we got fouled and broke a blade off a 500# brass propeller and the wheel had to be scrapped.My soon is planning on a new bicycle in the spring :-)

(Tenant is moving out soon)(Items are several bicycles, cold storage chests, junk) I've never met the neighbor, but he seems to be a hoarder:  so many cars in the driveway that may or may not run, that sometimes end up partially parked over the sidewalk.  

I figured that was fair enough since they let us keep my mower and bicycles in there.Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.

On the other hand, I don't want to work so much that I can't enjoy the things that I really like to do (snowboarding, riding my motorcycle, scuba diving, camping, riding my bicycle, etc).
