Realtor/Investor Relocated to Denver and Have Some Questions...

I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Downtown Denver. I just moved back here after an extended leave of absence. I became a realtor while I was away and got into real estate investing. Now that I am back in Denver I need to learn all the ins and outs of investing as a realtor in Colorado. I know there are many laws regarding disclosure and such. If anyone out there is willing to share their experiences and information I would greatly appreciate it. I am currently working with two partners on their first foreclosure rehab and am getting a lot of OJT. I would like my next endeavor to be much smoother and not fumble about as this one has been going.

Any information you have would be wonderful. For those near the Denver area I would love to meet for a drink, lunch, or dinner to discuss strategies, pitfalls, what works and what doesn't, etc. Thanks so much for your help and i look forward to working with you. To everyone's prosperity.
