What was the one thing that sparked your motivation, and drive you to give real estate investing your all? Wether it be a book, mentor, even a video you found online. What was the one thing that pushed you so hard that you had no other option but to be successful?

Rich dad poor dad sparked my interest and opened my eyes to real estate investing.  Real estate made a lot of sense.  People need water, need food, need air, need housing to survive.  This will never change.  I want to be part of something that will be here for the next 50yrs.
