At least not until you've done plenty of other deals.You'll wasted much tine sleeping down to the courthouse after your first few batches of data collection but that us still valuable research. 

You could look them up in the court records or you could get them from a data provider like list source, propstream, batch, etc

I have pulled all of the Absentee Owners for the area by zipcode and I am finishing up my second round of yellow letters with the last batch of letters going out tommorow.

You could listen to the podcasts on wholesaling and spend about $1,000 on your first batch of letters and such that go out and get your first deal that way.

On 2/15/2017 I sent out the first batch of white, typed letters.

I guess everyone does.I am, however, putting out 6000 mail pieces a month....my first large volume batch of letters are being printed right now. 

I've only sent out the first batch, so it may be 3 or 4 more mailings before any responses, but I'm preparing myself for super-motivated, super-angry, and everything in between.
