Hi,My name is Hugo, I am new in this forum.I am an investor and Architectural Designer.

I've always been interested in architecture and houses and while the trig classes as an undergraduate in Architecture ensured that I wouldn't be the next Frank Lloyd Wright, my love of design still stays with me.  

I have a background in Interior Design / Architecture and have been wanting to expand that expertise into the ability to purchase, hold, and flip properties throughout the state of Arizona.

Right now I'm securing 3 lots with my own cash for Architectural review to build right after the snow melt next year.  

I love the built environments, so my other idea was architecture, but I didn't want to spend long hours in the design studio.

We are opening up most of the downstairs where the dinning room, kitchen, family room and music room (at least that's how we are staging it) are all free flowing so the exposed duct work would be more of an architectural feature on the main floor. 

If you look at almost any architecture photograph (the rule is broken sometimes), every vertical edge of the space is actually vertical in the image.

I was also lucky enough to be able to study architectural design at a trade school my last two years of high school and really enjoyed it, however I went on to study business in college.

I have a schematic set of architectural drawings and from the drawings I have set up a rough proforma which, so far, is looking like it could be a profitable endeavor.
