I would imagine the training as almost apprenticeship like where its highly assumed that person will go off to do their own thing.

Ya it happens... but for most that do that they put in their apprenticeships first.. and your not working in an area were real estate sells for less than new cars.. like so many of those you see post on BP..

I have 3 years completed in my apprenticeship program.

There's no apprenticeship requirement for EAs.

I am also looking for an apprenticeship to do, so if anyone needs a hard worker.

If you're willing to work for free, I'd suggest a better option is you join a trade apprenticeship program - possibilities include carpentry, electrical etc.

Most carpenter unions pay for you to learn the trade via apprenticeships.

Also, maybe try to get a job or apprenticeship with someone after school.
