For instance, my renter was annoyed by the renters of the condo next store, college students, who partied to the early hours nearly daily.

Now the House is back on Hubzu and I am thoroughly confused and frankly quite annoyed.

Most of  the repairs (to me) are more annoyances and inconveniences than major issues.

Fortunately, I have a natural tendency to do the right thing and in a timely manner so his complaints to have "safety" issues addressed are not too much of an inconvenience for me (although the renter himself is an annoyance). 

I know it's only 1 hour, but east coast time is annoying from the west coast.There's plenty of other markets that work too, but KC just fit the best for me and I've stuck with it.

Personally, it doesn't bother me if my kids sleep on a futon or sofa bed,  but if I had to pay extra for 7 people and then they gave us air mattresses I'd be a little annoyed. 

I was so annoyed as we did this in 95 degree heat. 

Fannie and Freddie have these deed restrictions and they're rather annoying but there's really nothing you can do but wait. 

They do spend time upselling you to Cardone University but I didn't find it annoying.
