Granted none of us want for a tenant to harm themselves or pass away in our house, but this is there own personal freedom to partake in prescribed drugs, alcohol, and other legal but possibly dangerous adult activities.

My husband and I don't drink alcohol, my concern would be having a crowd or excessive alcohol consumption in a space where I like to go for peace, calm and privacy (it's like a mini getaway).The market: A residential lease comparable to my property could go for $750 unfurnished, off street parking, no laundry on site, no wifi, water included, tenant paying electric and gas. 

Food and alcohol tends to lessen the impact of problems. 

There is a section on commercial use, but it appears to be geared towards stores and places that sell alcohol.

Think of it like drugs or alcohol.

It's sort of like wanting to drink non-alcoholic scotch whisky....
