If VR becomes mainstream, the Silicon Valley is a great hub for that to start!

At a high level, it's really a dashboard to manage your listing (and your team for that listing) across multiple properties across multiple VR websites. 

I planned for a standard 5% VR but I will need to plan on an extra month or so for rehab work.  

My question is if I use a VA loan to buy a house as my primary residence for a year, then move out and use it for a VR after that, would the VA allow me to use Airbnb and others to rent it out part time during that first year?

As we expand to more properties we may expand her role into management as well, or work with a VR management company.  

It isn't hard to manage a VR, and I can't justify paying 10%+ to a manager.

My partner and I also own a furniture design company and a retail design shop, so our entire VR is outfitted with high-end designer soaps, shampoos, dishes, furniture, etc.  

We owned our home in Navarre Florida, and just closed on our second home (which will become the VR)  I am confident that we hit a home run with this property, here are some details.- 5 minute drive from Navarre bridge / beach.

VR's are furnished properties so make sure to account for this cost.
