A little spackle and touch-up paint and it's good. 

Then Saturday morning do drywall touch up and paint.

Had another contractor remove a small tree and debris from the yard, and one more to touch up paint on the exterior.

Probably I would touch up what you have as needed, as it’s an inoffensive neutral color scheme which is what you want, and paint all the trim white.

If it needs only minor touch up to bring it into rent ready condition or a small rehab to bring it to retail condition, either way you are in the drivers seat and have numerous winning strategies.

Cosmetic touch ups in the meantime sounds like a good plan.
