Cleaning vacated Units

Hi,

My question is:  Is there a place that I can find a  timetable chart that tells the standard time it should take someone to clean up vacated units.  My caretaker at one of my apartment buildings takes 3-4 days to clean a 2 bedroom apartment about 800 sq ft.  I thought that 30 hrs seemed like a long time to do this project and thinking he is just taking his time so he gets paid more.   I guess is what I am looking for is a program or chart that shows the standard time frame to clean a unit, kind of like car mechanics use when doing car repair, there is set time that is set to accomplish each task so it is far for everyone.

Thanks

Kevin
