Sadly, while the government of Puerto Rico is quasi bankrupt and therefore has little money to promote tourism or invest in the necessary tourism infrastructure, the Dominican Republic is constantly investing large amounts of money in those two areas.

It is getting quite a bit easier to do this and I am working on a new business model to allow promoters to do their own portal while operating as a small part of a bigger network.

Syndications are extremely risky investments where one has no control over their investment, no ability to liquidate their investment, no control, no title, and no way of verifying the investment promoter's claims. 

On our end, we do our best to promote direct bookings, so our guests can avoid the OTA fees.
