New roof, new windows, new vinyl floor.

I am looking at a house that has asbestos siding under the newer vinyl siding.

The offsets in the clay tile presented a problem with catching debris, therefore we replaced that clay tile with PVC pipe out in front of the house.

One lesson learned was that with a floor like that, even after trying to even it all out, it wasn't perfectly smooth and level, so the decision to use soft and floppy vinyl planking was a mistake.

I really enjoy LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank). 

I have seen that LVT or luxury vinyl planks are being heavily promoted over regular Floating/laminate flooring.

I have rented the same places out, several turnovers, without ever painting, changing ruined carpets and vinyl, etc. because I could. 

I am already having them put vinyl planking in all the floors including the bedroom and both houses have separate utilities.

If they're plastic, it'll work for a while, but PVC and ABS are hard to get paint to stick to on a long-term basis.If there's a satellite dish on the roof, you may have to disconnect it temporarily while roofing.
