O,r a flat or nearly flat, replacement door opening system?

BP has asked the sub to tribe to quit making these one sided glowing posts that are all the same.there is a success  tab were you can post about your RE success stories on BP which require detail of your deals thats what you want to be sharing not the go giver  ra ra stuff  we are all go givers in our own way.

There is a tenant in place and the sellers RA says to give an hour notice before sending someone so they can let the tenants know.

Asking for my own learning, why do you (I assume your the owner) prefer renting to a RA operator rather than renting it as a regular LTR?

NRAI.com is national and has good prices.You can always ask your CPA/attorney if they will be your RA too..

Also, you need to use a Registered Agent that is within the state, I use www.northwestregisteredagent.com as my RA and is about $50 a year, which makes it affordable. 

There must have been an address for a resident agent in Delaware (I don't think you can use an out of state RA).
