We have a 4/2 SFR in Escondido, CA. We are looking for a good arbitrage company to rent the house to them for mid-term rentals. Any recommendation?

@Allen Duan I'm assuming you already know the benefits and just curious what their reasons are.

But for anyone else that runs into this post. Depending on the arbitrage companies, they could

- provide a longer rental lease, RA companies like to stay 2-5 years or even longer which give the owners peace of mind

- do regular cleanings so it's actually more well taken care of than LTR

- Are a business so they're in the best interest to make sure the property is as good in shape for their guests as possible
