100% of the deals I've done with Safeguard have had late payments and/or major issues. 

Hi David, How many units is the Multi-Family?

I travel somewhat frequently for work during the weeks so also trying to wrap my head around how to best structure for that.Anyone open to connecting and / or have any trusted people to help in the event of maintenance issues?

I’m mostly interested in multi family homes (using the Brrr method).

The bank said they require 90% owner occupancy and since our HOA is only 5 units, we only have 80% of units occupied by owner. does anyone have any suggestions on any banks or credit unions where this may not be an issue? 

It appears to have been there quite some time without issues. 

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Clinton.

I own several duplexes there and they’ve been solid investments with no issues finding renters.

There are a lot of thorny issues associated with this transition back to independence.
